You may know this pie to be called the Shepherd’s Pie but traditionally, Shepherd’s Pie was made with lamb and Cottage Pie was made with beef. This Cottage Pie is made with savory ground beef, a veggie medley of corn, carrots, green beans and peas mixed together in a house-made gravy and a layer of whipped mashed potatoes and cheese.
Note: this pie serves casserole style vs perfect slices and is saucy! Mmmm.. so good!
